Accomodations

Accommodations are available at the Ohio State University dorms on campus and are walking distance from meeting and banquet locations. Lodging in double occupancy rooms will cost $28.00/night per person; a single room will cost $60/night. Rooms are standard with A/C and a bathroom in the suite. Linens and towels are included with the cost of the room.

Rooms are available on a first come first served basis; rooms will not be available for reservations after July 21.

Sisters reserve dorm rooms when filling out the registration form. If you miss the July 21st deadline you will need to reserve a hotel room off campus and arrange transportation to/from OSU.

From the north:

Take any major highway to I-270.
Take I-270 West to 315 South.
From SR 315 south, exit at Lane Ave.
Turn left on Lane Ave.

From the south:

Take any major highway to I-71 North.
Take I-71 North to 315 North.
From 315 North, exit at Lane Avenue.
Turn right on Lane Ave.

From the west:

Take any major highway to I-70 East.
Take I-70 East to 315 North.
From 315 North, exit at Lane Ave.
Turn right on Lane Ave.

From the east:

Take any major highway to I-70 West.
Take I-70 West to 315 North.

Parking on Campus

Parking Passes are $5.00 per day and can be purchased from Summer Conference Housing at any time throughout the year.

Participants should park in "C" lots for check-in and during their stay. On North Campus, this would include the St. John Arena and French Field lots on Lane Avenue.

Summer Conference Housing is required to sell parking passes for every day of the week, including Saturday and Sunday. From Friday afternoon at 5:00pm to Sunday evening at Midnight, "C" passes can be used to park in A, B, or C spaces. Monday at 12:01am through Friday at 5:00pm,
however, guest passes will be restricted to "C" lots.
