Registration can be completed by submitting the form at: http://tinyurl.com/dxpregistration2011.

Payment: Registration fees will increase as we get closer to the event.

Until 4/30/11: $75
After 5/1/11: $85
After 6/1/11: $95
After 7/1/11: $115

Lodging is not included in the cost of registration. However, registration AND payment must be RECEIVED by July 21 to guarantee accommodations.

Refund Policy: Your registration will be refunded if you cancel before June 1st. After June 1st, there will be no refunds.
