6:00 - 7:00pm - Sister social

7:00pm - Step/Stroll workshop

8:00pm – Dinner/Free-time on own

Saturday — Convention T-shirts, Business Attire

9:00-10:30am - Group Photo, Community Service

10:30 – 12pm - Officer Training, Rose Shop

12:00 - 1:00pm - Lunch

1:00pm - Group Photo

1:15 – 4:00pm - General Meeting (Business Attire is required)

7:00pm - Formal Dinner | Awards Banquet

It is essential that all attendees are on time for events. If you have questions about any of the required events, please email the National Board.

Lunch both days & dinner at the Awards Banquet are included in the registration costs.   A complimentary breakfast is served by the hotel every morning.


Alumni Schedule:

Thursday

5-7 - Shopping/light gambling on the strip ;)

7-8:30 – Dinner (Location TBD / Possibly paid by DXP Alumni Association)

8:30-9:30 - Alumni Ceremony (Meet at the hotel)

Night / Possible Water / Light Show -clubbing with free transportation back to hotel (free shuttle from hotel to strip)

Friday

11-1 – General Meeting / Group Picture

After lunch 2:30 till 5:00- Madame Tos

6-7 – Sister Social

7:30 – Dinner / Show

8 – On your own (Possible comedy / stroll show)

12-1 – Lunch; Group Photo; General Meeting

1:15-2:15 - Alumni Workshop

2:30-5:00 – M&M and Coca Cola Factory Tour
