Being a sister of Delta Xi Phi is a lifetime commitment. We are seeking women with that strongly believe in all Five Pillars and are willing to put forth the energy to ensure that the Pillars are being upheld.

Delta Xi Phi welcomes collegiate women of all ages, races, backgrounds, economic statuses, religions, etc. We hope to transcend the sorority stereotype to create a unique sisterhood based on unity in diversity.

If you are interested in applying for membership at an existing chapter (see Structure section): you must meet the following requirements:

• 2.4 GPA (or University's required gpa, if higher)

• Undergraduate or graduate student at accredited 4-year college or university

• Genuine interest in Community Service, Multicultural Awareness and Women's issues.

• Not interested in the organization "just to wear letters".

• Have the desire to actively participate in the chapter and utilize your skills and talents for the benefit of the chapter.

Delta Xi Phi is a stable and growing organization. As such, we are searching for women who would like to increase multicultural awareness, contribute to the community, support academic excellence,and maintain lifelong sisterhood and friendship.

We are working diligently to ensure that we continue to expand in a positive fashion that will impact the society in which we live. All women are welcomed to join us in our quest, however, we would ask that those wishing to participate in the expansion process be willing to exert the energy, time,and determination necessary to become a stable part of our sorority.

We are a non-hazing sorority and strongly disagree with any form of mental/physical/verbal abuse and this will be put into writing for any requesting group.

We strive to offer you not only friendship, but also a lifelong family of sisters. We are looking for founders who:

• Possess a G.P.A. of 2.4/4.0 and above (or the University's requirement if higher)

• Are interested in learning about and expanding multiculturalism and diversity

• Are sincerely interested in community service.

• Stand for the advancement of women through higher
  education

• Love to have fun and meet new people and make new friends on a continual basis
