Bengal Student Intern Application

Thank you for your interest in our new student internship program! The goals of this program are two-fold -

1. Improve the national board's productivity with fresh eyes and energy from a student intern
2. Offer guided development and mentorship opportunities for an active member.

Because this is the pilot year for the program, the role will be flexible to the your interests and skillsets. We anticipate that the role will include some standard tasks like data entry/updates, file management, and social media, but will also include you in whatever projects best fit your strengths and career goals. Overall, we guarantee that you will learn more about how the national organization functions as a whole and how you and your chapter fit into that broader picture. 

This role is anticipated to run October 15, 2025 - July 2026 (General Assembly) but accommodations may be made. We can not provide compensation for this position but will provide internship credits if approved by your program/college.

Requirements:

• Be an active member in good standing with both Delta Xi Phi and your university
• Be able to attend a National Board meeting once per quarter (3 months) - 3rd Tuesday at 8pm ET

Preferences:

• Have a demonstrated interest in Delta Xi Phi and our mission and values - clearly a sister for life
• Prior leadership and project experience is a plus - include in your application, please
• Preference will be given to junior and senior applicants if needed

Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis and are due by September 30th, 2025.
